Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Any tags or labels must still be attached
Please note that many of our pieces are based on historical originals and may include natural variations in surface, texture, or finish. These are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.
All returns must be authorized in advance.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the correct return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process applies.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
