At MuseumJewellery.com, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. All orders are fulfilled through our US-based fulfillment center, ensuring reliable handling and shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. In most cases, orders are dispatched the same day they are placed.
Shipping Within the United States
Products that are available in our US warehouse are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Out-of-stock / Supplier-sourced items
In some cases, an item may be temporarily out of stock. When this happens, we source the product from one of our trusted international suppliers before shipping.
Estimated delivery times depending on supplier location:

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible and will keep you informed if extended processing times apply.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 USD.
Duties and Taxes
All duties and import costs are covered before products arrive at our US fulfillment center.
Customers within the United States will not incur additional charges upon delivery.
Returns
All returns must be authorized in advance.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
We cannot guarantee receipt or responsibility for items returned without prior approval.
Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address

We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
